My girlfriend periodically (read: every time I see her) pops zits and eczema on my face, back, and arms. She even pulls out "infected" hairs. She says it relieves stress and reduces anxiety. Is this normal?
Lol I pop my bf's zits on his back just because he asks me too. Also, there was a random long hair on his arm and I pulled it even though he had a name for it.

It's normal. It has something to do with humans being primates or something. We love to groom.

I think it's because she wants to feel like she's taking care of you, I dunno.
I used to love to pop the zits of the people I was really close to. But then I realized that popping zits by squeezing them damages the skin so now I feel guilty for doing it. But I still want to sometimes.

I pop my dad's cysts on his back. It's fun even though it's disgusting at the same time. My younger brother has bad acne, and I want to pop his zits really badly, but he hates being touched so I can't. My own face and arms are completely trashed from me always popping and picking at zits on them.
You're a great bf!! I try to do this with my teenage son but he rarely lets me. It definitely relieves my stress - love it!
