I hold my breath or spit in my shirt when somebody sneezes

I'm not sure why I am asking, of course it's not normal! I am curious if anybody else does it though...

It's not as bad these days as it was, but if somebody sneezes without covering their mouth/nose around me, I like hold my breath or cover my mouth with my jumper and spit into my jumper, sort of like just incase any of their disgusting snot went into my mouth, and thats why I hold my breath and shut my mouth so I don't get any of the snot from the air into my mouth.

    I do the same thing. And I don't know if anyone has noticed this, or if its just me, but sometimes I think that when people sneeze it has a bad odor. I dont know. I just smell something strange.

    er.... i know a person who holds their breath whenever someone sneazes, but no one that spits into their shirt.... why do you spit in to your shirt?

    i hate when people don't cover their mouth too!
    i also hold my breath then yell at them to cover their mouth

    dont you just fucking hate it when they're facing you!!!

    Ahh I do the same thing, especially if I'm walking behind someone who sneezes or
    Coughs, all I can think about is their mouth particles going into my mouth and lungs. Gross. I hold my breath for 5 seconds...even though I know this is ridiculous and in vain.

    add on sorry-and i also have to wash my hands after i pull up the toilets lid and after putting it down andd flushing think about it i wash my hands 2-3 time just to use the bathroom once i put down the lid so as not to get splashes of toilet water on me and then i was again. enough of my pothetic existence how bout you... lol

    Unless Debris hits you I would be so worried. Millions of germs enter your body daily and their destroyed by your white blood cells, the act of shying away from people who sneeze is actually worse for your health than just standing there. The anxiety you feel is worse then the few germs you may receive.

    im a freak 2 i spit on my plate and cutlery before i use em. i blow on my food/drink when people scratch. even after scratchin my ass or balls(even outside my trousers)i need to put washing liquid on my hands and wash with boiling hot water. i dont touch the inside of toilet role just in case of poop(think about it). when i use tooth paste i need the pump tooth paste to stop contamination and even then i need to squeeze three seperate drops out of the same pump squeeze under running tape, just to make sure there is no possible contamination and i dont wash my hair when im in the bath i do my body and hair seperate so no dirty water goes on my hair. you thyink you got problems!!
