I have too many red blood cells then white

About three weeks ago i went to my Doctor for a yearly check up he said that he needed some blood work done on me so i go ok. The nurse comes in and takes two tubes of blood it hurt but that normal i ask when will my resluts come in she goes two to three days i go ok .I went on Wedensday and i got my resluts that friday afternoon well i went online to check my chart and it said that my red blood cells are high and my white blood count is low my body is makeing to much red blood cells and little white blood cells. Is this Normal im only 18 years old and i have no health history everynow and then i do get some chest pain but i dont know if that caused this or not.

    I take anemia pills for my low white blood cells, I feel normal(:

    I don't know. Did they have any concerns,etc? Usually the concern seems to occur if the White blood cell count is too high. If they don't have any concerns, you can try to keep up your healthy lifestyle, but if something comes up don't hesitate to go to the hospital.

    its normal and usally like this ;) but consider eating more protein and working out on the threatmill...
