Sounds like common petechiae (tiny broken blood vessels). It can be caused by straining, like crying, lots of sneezing, vomiting and other things that might make your face red. They are usually more noticeable under thin skin, like the area you mentioned. They should fade in a day or maybe up to several days. If you have any other symptoms, they persist, or have them on your palms or foot soles, best to visit your doc. In any case, it's always good caution to mention it to your doc over the phone.
Well it could be a number of things.
Chicken pocks, terrible acne, scares from acne, sun damage, insect bites.
If its itchy and there is no fever or any kind of illness symptoms it might be bug bites
If they hurt and dont itch and no illness symptoms it might be acne/acne scares
If its not any of the above it might be sun damage
We cant go by just red dots though we need specifics. I would say see a demitoligist for anything more specific.
You have chant the word "doctor" precisely 17 times per minute while hopping on one foot in a figure 8 that is at least the length of a football field.
Do you have a sibling who might have snuck into your room and used a red magic marker to put little dots all over your face?
