Well, the title is pretty self explanitory. Basically, i have a constant urge in my nose to flair my nostrils. And i've decided that it looks very unattractive so i try my damnest not to do it in sight. I really dont know why I do this. Is it normal or not?

    Maybe you have a tic. Have you looked into the possibility of having mild Tourette's? Contrary to popular belief, randomly saying bad words isn't what the disease is all about.

    lol, I think it's fine. A girl and I used to do it to each other as a weird kind of mating dance. In reality it just made us laugh to choreograph it.

    I think it's become a habit and it's bugging you so you do it even more because you're thinking about it. Hypnosis might help
