    Ok, I can freaking relate.
Like one time I was sleeping and I woke up to my dog walking around and it scared me so bad I was crying.

  • Its a natural fear the best thing you could possibly do to cure this fear is chop off all of your family members heads and wear them as hats as skip around the house to the spice girls.

  • get a cat or dog, it helps u feel safer. it also happens to me. i think some one is watching me from the air vents. Also sleep with someone else. I t could be in the same bed to, if u Knaw mean. And also watch a comedy before going to be and drink some chocolate milk.

  • OMG! i do the same exact thing. like if im not thinking about anything else, i'll just imagine scary scenes and people I've seen in movies and stuf. The first time i watched the grudge, i kept imagining her walking down my hall comming to get me. like i really think my brain is sick. like i just imagine so much.
    it's pretty scary

I was the same way when I was like, 10. Sounds like an overactive imagination. If you don't want to tranquilize your mind with meds, try imagining something besides what's going on around you. Like, tell a story in your mind, pretend you're a superhero or something. It'll take your mind off of the creaks and bumps around around you.

I was the same way. Talk to your doctor and get anti-anxiety meds. Trust me, lexapro helped me soooooo much.

Maybe try sleeping with a strong friend or family member ( prob not same bed but def. In same room) and think that even if theyre there that u and your friend can beet them up and got to sleep not thinking about it
