I have puffy nipples?

My nipples are quite puffy. Also, one is smaller than the other. They are also inverted unless I'm cold. Is this normal? Would guys get turned off by this?

    I think this is really normal. I saw something saying it's common in my cosmopolitan magazine from last month.
