I, have, pectus, excavatum, or, pe, want, know, it, an, unattractive, trait

I have pectus excavatum or pe, which is a deformation of the breast plate and rib cage, it results in a sunken chest and flared rib cage, severe cases can lead to health complications, however mostly it's a cosmetic concern. Surgery is an option but it's a grueling year long process including the healing period in which time one couldn't partake in any sports which is a big part of my life so that's not an option.. Anyway I got a bit off track but I wanna know if it would be a deal-breaker or what
