When I rub my nipples, within seconds it becomes too much stimulation and gives me a "bad", dysphoric feeling. Same as when my clothing chafes it. Recently someone accidentally jabbed me in the breast and it created a sharp pain for minutes.
You need to get a breast exam and let the doctors know. It could be normal, but only a doctor can tell.
It's actually really common, I've heard of people not being able to breastfeed because it's so bad. Tenderness is completely normal most of the time, depending on your age and stuff.
If there is any tenderness in your boobs which doesn't feel right, see the doctor immediately. It can be an early symptom of cancer.
Get it checked. My mother waited too long and passed away when I was 14. Don't wait!
It could be aedical issue you should get it checked just to be sure. But its also a good chance its nothing. I know lot of women and men alike with sensitive nipples, to the point of pain. Or insensitive to the point of, oh. Hey. You touched my nip. Its just no reaction at all. Your nervs could just be over aggitated
