You should take anti diarrhea pills or coconut cookies(they help with loose poops).
See yr doctor: either you have a medical problem or for some reason you've never learned yr own body's signals.
Lots of people travel and most of them manage to organise toilet visits often enough to not poo their pants.
If it's only when you travel overseas maybe it's what you're eating there?
Poop on a piece of newspaper. Put it in a plastic bag and throw it on the trash. That's how a good dog behaves.
