    See a doctor. If there isn't any health risk, then there's nothing you can do about it, but still, just to be safe, see one.

    However, I'm pretty sure you've already seen a doctor before in your life, and I am not going to doubt that one has seen you shirtless at one point, and they've probably already noticed your problem, but if they didn't say anything, then I don't see the need to worry.
