I have nightmares every night

Firstly,my english is not so great,because i am not from England or the states.My parents аrgue every single day,and they are about to get devorsed.I don't know why,but i literally live in fear,and i have nightmares every night.Is it normal?

    Your life is a little stressful right now. Do things that interest you, don't think about what upsets you.

    It's because of stress! If yu don't talk to someone and let it out it will get worse! I struggle with the same thing very badly
