So I am now in my mid-20's and still never had a wet dream. Even as a teenager I remember always waiting for it to happen whenever people would talk about it. here I am still, no wet dreams yet. Is this normal? Any other guys never had a wet dream?
Here's the deal with wet dreams. Every guy (especially teenage guys) are capable of having them, but it depends on a few things. If you masturbated a lot as a teenager, and then all of a sudden lets say you were stuck with your family on vacation and didn't have much privacy, you would probably experience a wet dream (aka nocturnal emission) eventually because all that built up sperm is trying to come out but can't, so it comes out on its own. The thing is that you won't have a wet dream if you 1) masturbate a lot, and 2) were never in a situation where you couldn't masturbate (like for at least 2 weeks).
I had my first and only wet dream at age 47. In my dream, I was watching myself masturbate. I was kind of pathetic.
I had some back when I began puberty. I think they stop once you start masturbating because they're not needed to get rid of sperm.
