I have body acne i can't get rid of. and a fwb. it sucks i feel like..
On a scale of 1-10 it's a 6. I hate feeling like I can't take my shirt off. 19f.

Perfectly normal. There are products that can help you out, but nothing's perfect, so you're gonna have to learn to love the way you look. As a guy, I can tell you that acne has never bothered me in any sort of relationship.
