My conversations are awkward because I have the tendency to think too deep into things; to where they become unreal and I don't give off that "down-to-earth" personality for my complex and extensive contemplation monologue of a response.

    I have the very same problem. You need to learn to converse within the moment rather, than become bogged down in deep thought.
