I had a reasonably normal life yet for some reason i just want to kill all living things that i see. It's almost like a need more than a want. I also rarely feel any emotion.

    Me too. The urge can be reduced a little by killing a lot. After about 20 or 30 hookers and rich guys you'll feel better. It worked for me.
