Yes, I am DEAD SERIOUS. i scream at the sight of butterflies. Sure, to you they look all pretty and colorful, but HAVE YOU SEEN ONE UP CLOSE?! they're like... the most disgusting creepy bug thing in the entire WORLD! it just makes me want to squish it with a shoe... -shivers-
Once I was walking on the beach, then I saw a giant butterfly. It was like, had all the colors on it. I thought it was beautiful and wanted to catch it. Suddenly, it started to fly around me and didn't let me go. I was like scared to death! When I thought it was gone, I felt that pain on my left arm. I screamed, I couldn't believe what i saw!! The butterfly bit me!! I don't remember the rest. It was poisonous I guess. I fell down, and couldn't move for a couple of hours. Then I woke up in a hospital. So be carefull, they are really dangerous.
did you see that episode of spongebob with that butterfly? totally normal! even spongebob is afraid of them
i think they attack people. especially if they catch you alone somewhere. without something to hit them with.

Have you ever seen anyone that has been bitten by butterflies? No, because they always kill what they bite, and no one lives to tell about it. Most deadly insects. Not to mention butterflies like shit and piss, and can often be seen sitting on turds and piss residue on warm sidewalks/lawns. EWWW.
Butterflies are the most dangerous creature on Earth. They follow you to a quiet area, corner you and tear your eyeballs out.
It's normal. People can have a phobia of anything.
But please don't kill any, as my cat likes to do that and it's funny.
people have phobias of the most bizarre things and all of them are normal... and yes I do agree on the close ups, their grotesque physique is just awesome.
