I think most anime fans (especially Hetalia) know what an ahoge is but basically it's a piece of hair that always sticks out of your head the same way, can be a curl, crescent, etc. also sometimes called an "idiot hair" in english
anyway when i brush my hair i notice i always have one curl sticking up at the top of my head?? the rest of my hair is fairly straight & smooth though. I would post a picture but I dont have gold

      I always thought cowlicks were on your head though, not protruding, this one is like a good 2-3 inches sticking off of my head, and it curls too
