          nope it has to be pre killed I wouldn't go far as killing a dog or cat unless I was on a island and there was no other option.

      understandable I have a dog and I wouldn't eat her and I do love animals it just something I wanted to try once just because.

        Same. I'd also like to try snake and turtle one day. Though because I tried alligator meat last year at a carnival and the stuff tasted like chicken, I'm thinking all other meats might too. XD

          weird most things tastes like chicken I have tried snake its not that bad one of my sisters had alligator she didn't really like it but she said id might.

    It's not normal but I don't see a problem with it, assuming it's already dead like AutoPlay said. Pigs have a similar IQ to dogs but we still eat pork.

    The only way I would eat a dog or cat would be in a survival situation. I would kill it if it isn't my dog, but I wouldn't dare kill my own. I'm too attached and would find any other way to feed myself and my dog. Now, if my dog was already dead because of whatever happened that caused the survival situation, I would probably eat him if no other option is available, but it would not be easy for me.

    I personally would rather die of starvation than ever see a dog or cat slaughtered for food. I don't think anyone should ever eat dog or cat meat.
