It was really weird, I'm a 25 years old female, and I had this fetish since I was 5 years old. I remember as a kid I'm being excited when I read this children's book and one of the character have stomach ache. It continued, as 10, 12, 16, years old, I fantasizing about attractive men doubled up and rubbing, complaining about their hurting stomach.

I am SO embarassed by this, only 2 people in this world knows this. Until now, I like to fantasizing about it. I would read fanfics about one half of my favourite fictional pairing from anime, movies, books or so on got his stomach hurt and the other half take care of him and rubbing his stomach and such. But, while it gives me sensual pleasure, it was never sexual. It’s frustrating, it was milder than say, vore fetish, but crazier than like, after-rain smell ‘non-sexual’ fetish.

Specifically, it is the stomach ache itself that gives me turn on, which is... Rarely heard and most of the times, the fetish linked with it was stuffing or inflation, which is a no-no for me.

      I wouldn't!
      I think what attracts me the most about it was the idea of a man turns helpless and in need of care of his pain.
      I don't know, I always imagining them rubbing their stomach while doubled over or in bed, before me or someone else tend them, like rubbing their stomach or give something to lessen the pain.

      Ah yeah, fetishes are hard to understand in general, because there's no comprehensive study about it.
      But apparently in some case there's fetishes that people have since young age, and there's no clear cause what "trigger" it.
      Although I believe some fetishes and kink are harmful and could be rooted from thinks like misogyny, racism, and rape culture. Think about paedophilia and slave-master play. Well , that's my thought.

    Omg i know this is like 5 years after posting but I just want to say this spoke to my soul!!! I am an otherwise very normal person (I think?). Look pretty basic, had a pretty basic upbringing. Yet since the age of 5 I’ve had this interest even though I didn’t know what it was back then! I used to play doctor with my friends as a 5yr old and suggest that they pretend they have a stomach ache, but we obviously never actually went beyond that. I really got into in high school when I discovered YouTube videos of People rubbing their stomachs. Like you I’m also not into stuffing or inflation!     I think it's quite normal, and as a man who likes to have his tummy touched, I have no problem with it at all. I'm happy to pretend to have tummy ache so as to help someone fulfil their tummy-pain fantasy. The only difference is that I get a sexual turn-on from it whereas I know some other's don't.

    I think your stomach ache fetish is perfectly normal.

    I have a major stomach fetish myself, and I know what it's like to feel weird about it. In my case, I really like it when a woman holds me from behind with her hands kept pulled back into my stomach extremely tight, so tight it feels like she's going to snap me in two. (It comes from getting held on laps that way a lot when I was a kid, blame a couple of older teenage girls in my environment.)

    Fortunately my SO is just fine with my fetish, she's glad to hold my stomach in super-tight like this if that's what floats my boat. Though still, I sometimes feel strange about it, as if I'm some kind of a freak. So I hear you, when it comes to struggling with how you feel about it. But I'd say your fetish is quite normal.

    And like you say, you can find material about your fetish online, which is more than I can say about mine. I can count on my fingers the number of people I've googled or met online who share my fetish, and that's including the sort-ofs and the maybes.

      And holy hell, it's relieving to know someone shares it.
      I remember being 13 and thought, "why am I imagining this guy have a stomach pain, and got carried away?" And fast forward I understand about kinks and fetishes and thought "oh my God, so this is what called fetishes? But I have it since I was 5 so what on earth".
      At least you know what trigger yours. Sometimes I feel like I can't just sit still and expected to understand when I don't know the scientific explanation behind it. Too bad, there's almost no comprehensive study about it.
      I've known some people who share the same thing, but the rest, they are into the.... 'Sub-fetish' of it, like feederism and inflation, which I'm not into. Alas, most of them aren't active online much.
      Anyway, can you recommend some sources?

        Over the years I've stumbled across a few stomach ache forums -- Stomachache Cafe, etc. -- and the other usual minor sites or passing mentions. I imagine you'd be much more up on that than I am.

        As for my own fetish, which I call "tightholding," most of what little you'll find online about that was posted by me. There's also a gay trucker in Texas who has posted a bit about it under the name of "belly squeezing," and a few (very few) other glancing references. But most of it was posted by me, and I'm embarrassed to admit that until I became active here at IIN I was often posting in fetish troll mode.

          There are a lot of "tight waist" fetishes. Of course by far the most common is corseting or tightlacing; the flagship site there is Staylace.com, which has links to countless other corseting sites. Running a distant second are the tight belt fetishists, who have run an occasional site or forum but they're hardly numerous enough to maintain critical mass as an online community; I was in touch with some of them years back and felt quite some kinship with them though most of them were not into tightholding per se. Beyond that the trample fetish is not uncommon, similar to my fetish but with feet holding the stomach in tight instead of hands.

          And from there things shade off into a welter of other rare fetishes: belly torture, stomach sitting, reverse bearhugs, shiny belts/belt hypnosis, lapsitting, etc. Among old long-gone sites I still miss Hajo's Lapland... :-)
