    I personally cannot relate AT ALL. I have dozens of fetishes myself, but panties are not one of them. HOWEVER, I think it's normal to have fetishes...even very strong fetishes. So I'd say it's normal. I'd say the only abnormal fetish is one where you're harming your partner. That seems unnatural to me, but panties are more than fine.
