I have a masturbation problem, I am wondering about telling my girlfriend to help me. I feel she will be disgusted and leave me. I have tried many things. My parents are some people I feel shouldn't know. Maybe telling my girlfriend and asking for help is the best choice. Should I tell her?

Sorry I was a little too focused on grammar and spelling because everyone suddenly gives two shits about grammar and spelling. There's nothing wrong with masturbation. It's only a problem if it stops you from doing normal, everyday life things.

What exactly is your "masturbation problem"? I'm guessing it's that you can't stop, and no matter what you try, it's unavoidable to go online, search up porn and start tugging your log. It must be so hard. It's not like you could find something else to do or anything.
