I know it's something really out there for an 18 year old to be doing, so I don't do it in front of anyone. And it would be absolutely mortifying if someone found out. The Pacifier is my Security Blanket I guess. Everyone has a security Blanket at least once in their life so this one is mine. Besides it's not like it can mess with my teeth as I have a retainer to keep them all straight and nice, so I'm careful about it. Although I can live without a pacifier, The desire doesn't go away and when I'm using it I just feel so happy and confidant with myself. Like taking a warm bath at the end of a long day! You feel so fuzzy and excited inside.

    Everyone has a 'pacifier'. For me it's a big glass of ice cold lemonade. I always carry it with me even when I'm outside in the blazing sun whilst riding my dog and mowing my lawn. It helps put me at ease and distracts me from the horrors of everyday life.
