I have a crush on this adorable indian women but

Shes so shy and introverted and wont allow me to get close to her.
I'm 26f and I met her at an LGBT event over 1 month ago! She left early as was anxious so I added her on fb and invited her along with me and some mates to the next event in which she said she was deff keen. We hung out all night, flirted a lot! I see on her fb, she has kinda unusual looking friends and by the looks, not a lot. I think this is due to her anxiety she hangs with certain types of people, ones more matter of fact, with no real substance of a personality.
She is from London so perhaps this is why she is very reserved shy women 😚
Anyhow, later I text her asking her If she wanted to get to know each other as I felt a connection when we held hands and she said no romantic spark wtf!
Yet that night she said nice to meet u, I had a lot of fun, hugged and kissed me cheek. She hasn't even met me when shes 100% sober.
She was drunk at times and part sober I think, when we intimately danced and all. I see in her fb pics she likes nature and travelled a lot! I also like animals and the idea of traveling just cant afford it haha! You see I at least want to be friend her, see what happens. Later after 1 month I say hey are to the coming to the next event? She said maybe she'll see.
Basically she said shes tired and it's too cold and catch me another time !
Ugh!!! She leaves me at times on "seen".
I understand shes prob very anxious and depressed but reallly? Is that it ?
She going to remain a loner as her fam are in another country and I feel sad for her tbh, she needs to feel like shes loved and valued
