I hate wearing short clothing!!! iin?

I hate wearing short clothing. I'm not ashamed of my body. I feel like I'm trying too hard to be something I'm not when I wear short clothing.

When I look at the photos of me when I was younger, I feel upset. I didn't look good in short clothing. I always looked awkward in my clothes.

Short clothing is too casual and I'm not a casual person. I feel that when you go out, you should always look your best, and I don't feel like I can do this with short clothing.

The only place I feel wearing short clothing is acceptable, is when I'm at home or outside working around my house.

It's getting warmer and I really don't want to give in and become something I'm not. I want to wear long clothes made of linen to keep me cool and protect me from the sun, like the desert dwellers, and a hat for when the weather demands it.

I'm aware that this isn't considered normal by most of society. I really want to know if there's anyone else on here that can relate to this.

Then, just wear long clothes made of linen.

    • Linen shirts are easy to find, but it's the bottoms that I can never seem to find. I've decided to opt out for track pants. This is as casual as I'm willing to go.

Do anything that you feel comfortable with.

Yes, I can totally relate. Don't want to get all burned and show off to people I don't even care about. Seems too wannabe for my standards (which are skyhigh, of course). Thumbs up for long clothing!!! <3 ;)

I'm usually in jeans or maxi skirts year round. T-shirts make me uncomfortable and I'll never be caught dead in a tank top or halter top. Or anything of the sort.

I hate wearing clothes in general , I like to be naked as much as possible ... so don't knock on my door unannounced , it's very inconvenient for me xD

I have the same complex. The shortest I can go outdoors are a little lower than knee-length skirts. I don't even own tank tops.

No matter what, I cannot bring myself to short clothing...yet if I'm home, I lounge around naked, save for a kimono at times.

Anyways, I live in Bangkok and I never give in to short clothing.

The traditional Thai skirts I usually wear are simply the ultimate essential. They hug your body perfectly, and whenever you're feeling hot, you could always find a way to cool yourself: e.g. sit down, cross over your legs, and it will split up to cool you under the table, etc.

There is no need to give in, and I must say, I look great doing exactly that.

I've never really liked the look of tanktops anyway...

  • I have very pale skin so if I don't cover up with clothes or tons and tons of spf50 I am burning alive. It isn't fun.

Totally normal, I hate short clothing too. That's why I never go outside with clothing on.

I don't wear that crap either. I do have a few short little dresses but I never get to wear them. Phooey.
