I hate sugar. :-( i hate sugar i hate sugar i hate sugar iin?

If I eat sugar, it makes makes me sick. It also makes me crave it. Sugar is misery. This morning, after breakfast, being a serious dumbass, I tried some chocolates. Yeah, like I can stop after a few? Dumbass! Dumbass! Dumbass thing to do. I think I ate a whopping handful of them. I had a hell of an appetite the rest of the day, constant hunger, bloat, pure hell. You would think I would NOT be able to eat? Instead, my appetite flies high. I suffered until 6pm. Ate a burrito. Still in misery. Its after midnight now, and I feel like shit with nausea. I hate sugar. I cannot tolerate it. I have a headache. My guts are a wreck. Is this normal?

Sugar is just as addictive as drugs it's been proven by some scientists somewhere. I go back and forth between not eating the stuff for months at a time to shameful binges... I hear you,

  • Oh, feedback from people that understand!!! Thanks so much! :-) I'm either sugar intolerant or allergic. Something? If I don't eat chocolate or sugar, I'm fine. Processed foods make me sick. But but but, uhhh, chocolate candy is so gooood, lol! I should get allergy tests. I get really sick from so many different things. Real food doesn't bother me at all. I don't know how people eat processed foods. Occasionally, I'm stupid and try stuff. It usually ends in misery. The only good from that? I won't touch junk food for several months.

Oh man, I feel your pain. Some forms of sugar are painful. Try to stick to pure sugar or sugar found in fruit. The more processed it is, the worse it is for you. And check your bread, they are always sneaking sugar into bread. So annoying.

Man, that sounds like it's something other than just sugar...
On one hand, limiting refined sucrose and fructose is almost never a bad thing, and there is a great deal of variability in how metabolisms function, I don't think that a simple "handful of chocolates" should've done that. Maybe talking to a doctor would be beneficial.

Don't beat yourself up, it will make your cravings worse.

    Yup. Normal. Chemical shit.

I always feel much better when I cut out excess sugar (after the initial withdrawal). Then I cave in again :/

Though I'm not too bad anymore. I just focus on how sick I felt and how I don't even enjoy eating it at the time.

Eating too much sugar can make you sick. I remember when i was little I ate soo much of these chocolate candies and I threw up everywhere. But it never made me more hungry. Made me not want to eat.
