I hate my life too sometimes,i'm putiing myself through my own personnel boot camp.. If it doesn't work you got a fix it... it can always be worse but only you can make it better, be thankful you're not in menopause.find something to smile about.

If so, you need to find someone who respects you, and if possible is already a friend of yours. This usually helps with talking to them and communication between the two. You won't feel broken hearted because you know that they are a friend, and you can talk to them if you have a problem.
