I just don't love anything about my family, and hate them, like I really despise them. Also, the thing is that I don't want to hurt them and seriously don't know what should I do. I am at a loss of wits.
Join the club. This is a sign that you should be living free from your family. Major annual holidays are the only time you're traditionally obligated to visit with your family. Notice that these social obligations involve great feasts and typically alcohol, so people can tolerate each other long enough to say, hi, gab for awhile, and merrily leave in peace.
You might find that you like your family when they're afar. But, you realize that you honestly cannot live with them. Lifestyle differences are usually the case. That's okay. Just be nice.
