I hate my customers

Having a change about your work place is a nice idea. Because, "gas stations" are mostly the places people get over stressed. We all know the prices eh? But there is another point, French antrophologist Marc Auge, considers places like terminals, bus stops and gas stations as "non-lieu" which means places which are not places. The people come but do not stop by long enough to feel about expressions and menthal states of its coworkers. For most of the people you may be seen as a non-living, non-feeling part of it.

When people piss you off, make a joke about it. Like, for instance maybe someone was irate and cursing at you because they shit their pants and are in a rush to get home. Or maybe the drunk guy got caught two-timing his wife with a dude in a clown costume. Just use your imagination to turn a bad situation into a hilarious one.

Have worked retail in the past and can say that 49.5% were assholes, 49.5% were idiots, but that last special 1% made the day worth coming to work for. They were the ones you could joke around with, tell your problems too, and sometimes they'd even bring food when ya had to work late.

I understand your feelings, but you probably should find a new job where you can be happier.

I used to work at a petrol station too, and - to be honest - the customers were the only thing that made it bearable. I almost miss it!

God I bet you're terrible to deal with in all aspects of life. The last thing someone needs on a long drive is some douchey gas station worker being rude and taking out their life insecurities on some random customer.
