I hate man children

I hate dudes who act younger than their actual age its so stupid to see. Those kinds who act super immature and babyish and the other kinds that are associated with these kinds of descriptions to give man children.

Why are you restricting this to males?

Look around and you will see plenty of females doing the same thing.

I hate old hags who piss on every parade as if they had a million years to live, news flash! This shit you call life ain't around forever, stay young at heart live love laugh and be kind to those with young souls.

Ps. Not calling you an old hag, just saying In general.

I hate it when people aren't specific enough. 😆

I get what you're saying. It's one thing to be young at heart, which there's nothing wrong with, but it's another when they are irresponsible, careless, entitled and mooch off of others because they don't want to take on adult responsibilities and get a job, throw childish tantrums when they don't get their way and can't accept even constructive criticism, and still act like high school bullies, with their idea of "fun" being criticizing and making fun of others. I say all of this because I know a few people exactly like this, and yes, it's extremely irritating to say the least.

However, this definitely applies to both sexes.

I know someone who is exactly what I describe above, and seems to be obsessed with being stuck in the past and trying to relive childhood and high school (even to the point of refusing to try to meet any new people and insisting on trying to regroup his old high school friends who have all gone separate ways and simply aren't interested, and also doing nothing but playing video games all day with no interest at all in getting a job or a driver's license even though he's creeping closer to 30) rather than moving forward and making a future for himself. It's actually pretty sad and scary, and I fear he may end up homeless, but he really has no desire to change and has a million excuses to shut down anyone's help to get started. The reality is that while there's nothing wrong with being nostalgic and enjoying things from your past, you still have to move forward in life, or you will be left behind. Many things do not stay the same and it's unhealthy to try to stay so stuck in a time that's passed that you're missing out on your present and future opportunities.

There’s a difference between childlike and childish.

As a 24 year-old people like the guy you’ve described scare me too.

        Definitely!

The sad part is that he's completely oblivious and I think he is convinced everything will be just fine. He chooses to live in a fantasy world rather than facing reality.

It sounds like you’ve got a personal resentment. All of us are children on the inside.
