I always use to hear how you would bleed when you do anal the first time but I didnt people also said your butt will hurt afterwards and that you cant sit down but I have no such problems.
Is this normal?

    I noticed that most people who try anal without lube or any prep work tend to feel pain and/or tear themselves back there. If you somehow didn't get pain, good on you, though perhaps you should try to be more careful in the future.

    Why the hell should being penetrated anally for the first time cause bleeding? It's not like everyone has the equivalent of a hymen in the anus, or some sort of one-way valve that has to be broken in order to get something going the wrong way up there.

    If anal sex does cause bleeding, it will be from superficial anal fissures (tearing of the skin) or internal damage to the colon. The first of those is trivial - it sometimes happens when someone has been constipated and passes stool that's large and hard - and the tears usually heal naturally in a couple of days. Internal bleeding is obviously potentially much more serious, and it could be a sign that the colon has been perforated which is very bad news indeed.

    In any case - and contrary to what's often seen in porn - anal sex should always involve generous use of lube, since the anus is not self-lubricating. And unless someone is into weird, extreme anal sex that is _supposed_ to result in pain, physical damage and bleeding, what is stuck up in the anus should not be so huge or have such a weird shape that it causes damage and lingering discomfort.
