I got more guys when i was less attractive

So I used to be less attractive than I am now. but back then i would get hit on all the time. at work, at the clubs, when i went out with friends, everywhere. but now i am even more goodlooking, well at least i think so, but i dont get hit on as much and guys dont seem to pay as much attention to me as they did before. i dont know if its because i wear more makeup and guys dont like that or i gained a few pounds, but am still slim. one of my friends say its because guys like girls that look more natural, like the way i did before and this friend even said that she noticed that i dont get as much attention as before.

    I agree that guys probably found you more approachable when you weren't so hot. Guys are actually scared of getting rejected. I actually noticed the same thing back when I was thin and had a good body. If I showed up somewhere dressed to impress with make-up and my hair done nice (never slutty looking) I wouldn't get the same warm welcome and attention as when I showed up in the same places with the same people dressed down in a t-shirt, sweats, sneakers, a simple ponytail and light make-up. Maybe the girl next door look is more attractive or maybe all the sexiness was a bit intimidating. Maybe it also turned them on when I looked hot and they found it harder to hold a casual conversation without thinking of sex.

    Go by the evidence. If you got more attention when you looked more natural then try that look again. Most guys I know could care less about makeup and fancy hair anyway.

    Ironically, guys probably hit on you more with the girl-next-door look because they thought you were getting less attention and would be an easier target, not realizing that because you looked like a normal girl many more guys felt comfortable chatting you up.

    maybe they think you are trying too hard, or trying to be something you are not. maybe they can see through the insecurity. but you should wear and do what makes you feel sexy! who cares what they think??

    lots of makeup is unattractive. ive seen attractive girls ruin their appearances by getting fake hair and fake nails and fake tans and wearing so much makeup. not attractive
