I good at math, physics, optics, and philosophy... why i'am so dumb

I'm an artist, I paint, I draw, also, I'm good at math, and physics and stuff... Why sometimes I take the wrong bus, or train, and only realize it some time later, or why I forget Important things like 'hey, there is an exam today, did you study' and I just.. 'Ouh really?... Fuch' Aaaah why I'm so dumb. Am I dumb? Why this happens to me? Is this normal?

    It might be that you are trapped in your own world, losing the touch of reality. Maybe it's a medical condition.

        Probably yes. I am not an expert. You should visit a doctor for that to be clarified or to inform yourself or both

    Einstein was known to be very forgetful. Don't worry about it. I bet you have something on your mind all the time. You're thinking about a lot of things at once and everyday things just get in the way. Am I right?

    We're all smart in our own ways.
    Some people are math smart, some are literature smart, some commonsense smart, and some are self-defense smart.

    Just because you're lacking in one or more aspects doesn't make you stupid or dumb.

    Situational awareness, and time management. Google it up, read it, study it, and make an operational plan.
