I'm a rock climber and I was talking to my friends about the weird feeling I get in my palms when I'm up high or even think about being up high. They have no idea what I'm talking about. Is it normal to get a strange almost painful (but in a good kind of way) feeling in your palms when you're up high?
I get a similar feeling in my hands, like pain without the pain. I have never climbed a mountain before, and remain at slightly higher than sea level at all times. I get it when channeling energy through my body or sometimes even thinking about my hands, possibly due to the fact that I suck energy from my surroundings and have too much of it. I have also caused a similar feeling in my nose by touching it with the tip of my tongue and focusing.
Sometimes afte a panic attack or after I do something high adrenaline my hands feel slightly numb, I dunno if that's kinda what you're talking about?
