I get tingles in my forehead similar to asmr

When I listen to loud, bad quality music with really high base drops I get this tingling sensation in my forehead, similar to asmr but i don't think it is. Literally, all I do to make my head tingle is go into a music editor, turn the bass and sound right up to make it sound like it's in 240p and it will make me tingle, anyone know what this is? LOL

      Let me guess a hot readhead?

      I tried asmr a while back and got nothing (wondering if it's a placebo effect) but there was a genuinly beautiful redhead with an asmr channel
