I get these red bumps all over my arms, is it normal?

My arms get these red acne looking things every once in a while, they come and go, but they are embarrassing and they look like pimples on my arms in random spots. Does anyone else have this or did I find a new disease?

    I have something similar to what you are describing. It's called Dermographia. I get red bumps and wilts when something touched or rubs on my skin. I got a medication prescribed by my doctor, so see if talking to your doctor about getting a medication. Hope this helps!

    They dont pus, they are just ugly and red

      It's more then likely keratosis pilaris. nothing really to worry about.

    Do the spots pus at all or are they just red dots all over your arms?

    I get them I went to doctors he said it was my washing powder, detergent, change brand it's irritating you don't worry about it it's nothing bad :)

    I get little bumps on my arms if I don't scrub them well, but they're not usually red. If you're concerned, see a doctor.
