I get stomach aches and pains after every meal?

about a week ago I started intense dieting, I've been eating very healthy and small portions. however, after every single meal since I experience stomach aches and pains.. I start off by feeling a little gassy and bloated and then this gradually turns into a painful stomach ache which occurs quicker if I move about a lot after the meal. the aches only last about 20-30 minutes usually but it's really starting to cause me problems.
my diet before was very unhealthy.. I was a junk-food maniac and my portions were pretty big- I don't know if the sudden change has anything to do with it?
I've looked up what it could be and sometimes this happens for the first couple of days due to the body adaptation but I feel like it's gone on for too long?
is this normal? has anybody else experienced this? do you think it will go away?

Does your eating very healthy consist of eating lots of raw vegetables? Its been proven that raw vegetables can cause IBS, or irritable bowel syndrome, and your symptoms sound like a sign of just that.

I'm just asking to see if anyone has personal experience before I go too much into it- of course I'm going to see a doctor if it continues for much longer.

        Good :(

But you should talk to a doctor first before starting a diet. I know most people don't but it's always a good idea.
