I get red bumps after my shower

Almost every night after my shower I notice these little red bumps that are usually on my shouldiers, chest, neck and back. They itch to the point where I scratch myself bloody. This has been going on for almost 2 years now so I'm concerned. If I don't literally scratch them off they will fade away in about 12 hours (only for new ones to grow the next shower) so is this the shampoo, a condition or what and IIN?

Could be an allergic reaction to either of the soaps you use. It could even be from your own sweat. Try a cold shower with the same soaps and see if it causes the same reaction.

If it's not the soap or shampoo or detergent ur wash ur towels with, u might have mold on ur bathroom that's getting on ur skin. And ur skin is reacting to the spores.

Maybe you have sensitive skin. Try add moisturizer after your shower.

You're allergic to something. Contact dermatitis. It might be your soap. Try something unscented or mild.

OMG, do you get them too? OMG. It's like hives or some other flesh eating disease or something. Golly, I got them on my shouldiers, chest, neck and back in the beginning, but now they are EVERYWHERE! Then they got larger and itched so much. Soon I had them all the time and when I finally went to a doctor, he said I was too late. They had taken over my lymphatic system and, oops, gotta go. Bye bye.
