I get nervous when i talk to girls...

Whenever I talk to a girl, I get really nervous. I know some people say that its polite to look in someones eyes when they are talking to you, but I just can't do that talking to girls. I'm always either looking at something else, then look at them for a few seconds, then at the wall again. Please help me! Is this Normal?

    Some of you guys are faggots! It's normal man I used to be like that back in the day like in junior high but now that I'm in high school I ended up with more friends that are girls than guys :P just talk to them more and it gets easier :)
