I get dizzy right before i say something that could upset someone

Like if I'm texting someone or whatever and we're kind of arguing and I'm about to come back with something that could probably upset or offend them I get really dizzy for a second and then it goes away. Does this happen to anyone else, or does anyone know why this happens to me?

I don't understand why wouldn't this be normal.

Wow, as I was growing up, I would have that same sensation, I would feel like I was going to pass out. I believe now that I am older that it was my conscience telling me it was wrong what I was doing.

I kind of feel the same way. It feels like something's bubbling inside my head, kind of. My vision changes and it's hard to focus. It's hard to remember exactly what it feels like because when it happens you're not really concentrating on what it feels like - you're just feeling it happen. I've presumed it's, as VioletTrees (welcome back by the way, if you read this) suggested, a powerful adrenaline rush.

    Sounds like anxiety or adrenaline.
