It’s normally when I’m by myself and I’m about to start playing with myself or I’m really turned on and I’m alone I get a stomach ache and then normally I have to shit or sometimes I just wait until the feeling goes away and continue to do what I was planning too. Does this happen to anyone else? It’s not every time I’m horny but it’s frequent when I’m alone.

Yes, actually quite normal and it happens to me. Stomach ache may be caused by two things. It could be your anticipation and excitement, which is why it happens to me from time to time, or something more medical based that I don't know enough about. Also, having to shit when your alone makes sense in a way, kinda the opposite of people who have trouble peeing in public restrooms even when they really have to go. A lot of this is just my experience though so don't be too serious okay mate?
