I found my long lost crush on facebook, what do u think...?

Heey everyone, this was a long time ago when I was a year 7 and he was a year 8. I liked him a lot and probably the most out of any crush I've ever had, not that I have had many crushes as I find it hard to find a guy that I "like" in that way. I am wondering if he liked me in that way? All I can go on is from this little story that doesn't tell me much. So at the end the year there was a school social for all year 7s and 8s, I went and when I was there I asked one my crush's mates to ask him if he would dance with me as I was shy. He asked him for me and came back with this: "He said no, sorry, the only year 7 he would dance with is Petra" I don't know why but my crush did always hang out with the "cool" girls and this girl called Petra acted like one of them. So do you think that he may have liked me or danced with me but just didn't want to be seen with me and "ruin" his reputation? Or he just didn't like me, by the way he used to flirt with me kinda but I think he had a crush on one of the cool girls. Ohh and he finally did accept me on fb but only after 3 months, when I had seen that he had been on prior, I messaged him saying thanks and he never replied, also I messaged him today saying hey, and nothing..? he also has a gf:/
