I find erich honecker (head of state of east germany) kinda hot?

I've always been attracted to older guys, but within a certain range and definitely not elderly ones. But man, do I have to make an exception for Honecker. I find him ridiculously cute. I just don't know why, he wasn't attractive or charismatic by conventional standards, and his speeches were incredibly dull, but I find those things oddly endearing. He was so teeny, his features were delicate and his smile was just adorable to me. I catch myself daydreaming about him every now and then.

I could stare at pictures of him and other East German politicians for hours, if you let me. I find Willi Stoph and Hans Modrow incredibly cute and handsome, too. And if I think about it, even Erich Mielke (the much hated chief of the Stasi) had his charm. I think there was really something about the members of the SED, and East Germany as a whole: the Volkskammer, the NVA soldiers, even the Stasi. Those things are so hot and sexy and interesting to me, I don't know why. Maybe it's the appeal of sharply dressed men in positions of power that gets me going. Maybe it's the vibe of a strict socialist discipline. Maybe it's the hint of nostalgia, even though I'm aware that it was a repressive state and some people even died because of that, but... yeah.

Doesn't help that I also happen to be a staunch leftist, and the fact that they were communists only makes them more appealing to me.
