Okay so I get a nail file and file my teeth, I have these odd bumps on my teeth and I was wondering if this is normal.

    Very bad! The damage to the enamel is severe and you are looking at some very expensive and painful dental work in the future.

    Nope, not normal. If you need your teeth filed, go to a dentist so they can x-your chompers to see just how much enamel you can afford to lose and let THEM do it. Knucklehead.

    That's not good for your teeth and you will be damaging the enamel!

    Stop before you do anymore damage and go see your dentist if you have concerns about your teeth.

    Oh Christ. This just made me cringe. Keep it up, and you'll have to get your teeth capped from damaging the enamel too much.
