I feel superior to fat people, drug addicts, alcoholics and smokers

I've overcome several addictions through research, planning and persistence. I feel that people who are struggling for years with no outcome, or have given up entirely, are stupid and weak. IIN?

    No not normal, some people give up cause they need
    some support and their not getting it from the right
    people.
