I feel sad when a strong flow of water hits my testicles

When I use a specific shower head, sometimes I turn it to the head that sprays water at higher pressure. When I clean myself, I obviously hit my penis area once in a while. When the flow of water hits the scrotum, I suddenly feel sad. I have no idea why this happens. Is it normal?

And yes, I am dead serious.

    I think what you are experiencing is not "emotional pain" (sadness) but "physical pain" due to your nutsack being pummeled by a 500 PSI stream of water.
