I feel sad on the inside

My friend broke up with me but now we are friends again and I still feel deeply sad about it. Is this normal? And how can I stop it?

Maybe you don't wanna be friends again, because deep down inside you know it will never be the same, and let's face it it sometimes we can't fix what's broken.

it will take some time to heal and depending on the type of friendship being together could either speed up that process or make it longer (eg they dismiss alot of things that you say and dont make you feel valued) if so you need some time apart and probably isnt a friendship you should spend all time and energy on

Its an event that happened in the past. You cant change what happened. You can look at it as a flaw and learn to not trigger the occasion to not reaccur

It when i wake up and remember who I am and the reality I occupy. I maintain no sentimentality towards it. I have to face the substance my personlity lacks due to the outlandish monotony which has granted me immortality.Very normal love you toO hard hail satan etc.. JK LOLLLL

It would be less normal if you felt sad on the outside.
