I feel more comfortable around older people.....

.... Than People my own age. Im 18 myself, but I can talk to and relate to older people better, especially ones in their twenties and thirties. I can also talk to people in their fourties and fifties, and I even love women who are in their twenties. Is this normal?

that ok... i think its profiting for you as that way they might share thier experience and knowledge with you but you should also be with your peers or same aged people or else there will be a problem for you...!!!

That means your mind is matureing at an early age, you can learn alot by chatting with older people

I think its normal but then again what is normal it depends on the person. But for me I've always found that its easier to relate to older people. I've never fully related to those that were my age but sometimes it was because deep down inside I didn't want to. To be honest I always found that people who are young tend to have there guard up around most people therefore making it hard to make friends at times. Another observation I made was that most young people are pretty shallow only liking people for what they saw on the surface. When you talk to older people its easier they don't have there guard up all the time and they come to realize that life means more than the shallow things they use to confide in. But I wouldn't worry about it too much its not a bad thing. Plus older people are packed out with wisdom we could learn from.
