I feel like someone is staring at me at night..

I've always thought it was weird, but...
At night when I go to bed, (It only happens in my own bedroom) I get this feeling like someone is staring at me..

But when I has to go to bed, I feel like someone is chasing me.. Which is MUCH WORSE! So I always run like hell back to my bed, where I feel safe.

And I ONLY get this feeling in MY room!
Do I have paranoia?
Am I psycho?
Does anyone else feel like this?

I'm with AlaskanRaven on this. If you feel someone is watching you its most likely coz someone IS watching you...scrutinize your surroundings and find that peeping tom or the camera.

Ever hear the saying," Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get you."

Follow your gut instinct. You are likely renting & your landlord could have installed a camera somewhere. Get a stepstool & check the light fixtures, the smoke alarm, look for tiny holes in the walls- near a screw or finishing nail, window trim, etc.

If you find one, rip it out and take it to the police immediately. If he has a live feed, you do not want him trying to stop you, so do not wait until morning. If by some chance, you live in a state where they have NOT passed a law against this sort of thing, the cops will tell you they can do nothing. In that case, TELL the papers, call the news, Dateline, EVERYONE, so you can at least ruin his life.

I would also do a search for hidden cams online- saw a site recently that the men HERE [INN.com] had mentioned sending their wives' pics to- w/ out the wives knowing it... You may be online already and not know.

i would seriously suggest looking for some help. that honestly isn't nearly normal and it's probably due to some kinda psychological trauma you may have suffered. of course, all fears are usually due to that.
