I feel it's embarrassing i used to listen to vanilla ice

“If it was a problem,” balloon-panted rapper Vanilla Ice said in his magnum opus, 1991’s Ice Ice Baby, “Yo! I’ll solve it.” And yes, I used to listen with keen interest to the song on a Vanilla Ice cassette tape I once owned in my childhood. Yet, looking back to that time, all I can say is, i feel embarrassment. How did I not know I was dropping my self respect at such a tender age? It's like I've finally realized that in fact I willingly let my auditory canals be molested by Ice's prick, on several occasions while at the same time taking my attention away from his unsavory act by spitting in my ears that cringeworthy line "Check out the hook while the deejay revolves it."

Listen to Under Pressure by Queen, and David Bowie instead!

I think we all listened to some dumb shit when we were young. Not worthy of embarrassment, just silly.

We all have different tastes in music. I used to and still do listen every now and then to the "Saturday night fever" soundtrack. I really enjoyed listening to "The Bee Gee's".
Then to all our suprises, we grow older and our tastes change a great deal. Like the saying, "If it's to loud, you are to old".

  • Love it or leave it 🤷

I just think it's a shame Queen plagiarized that song, it totally sounds like the opening riff! Like, that really bites the dust, Freddie...

    • No. Vanilla Ice sampled Queen and David Bowie's "Under Pressure" on "Ice Ice Baby".
